Return Policy

At UNOFAB, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our products.  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will replace or return the product. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

1. Eligibility for Returns

●      We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of your order's delivery.

●      Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note, we do not accept returns for:

●      Items that are worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags

●      Custom-made or personalized items

●      Gift cards

●      Final sale items (clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase)

·       3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please:

Email us at unofab.enterprises@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for our team to review and approve your return request.

Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will:

●      Approve the refund if the item meets our return conditions

●      Refund the amount to your original method of payment within 7 - 10 business days

If your return is rejected (due to condition, etc.), we will notify you by email.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style:

●      Please mention it clearly when requesting a return.

●      Exchanges are processed based on stock availability.

●      If your preferred item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our quality.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at unofab.enterprises@gmail.com with photos of the product.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

●      First check your bank account again.

●      Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

●      Next, contact your bank.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped.
To cancel, email us at unofab.enterprises@gmail.com with your order number.
